The JSA&D Interior Design practice is focused on shaping ideas into great interior spaces while solving challenges and creating value for our Clients. We provide a hands-on approach to design with continuous Principal involvement. It’s organic development grown from analytics, creativity, and collaboration.

JSA&D creates imaginative and alternative layouts to assist in site selection. Each design is developed with impact, style, comfort and efficiency.The selected building is scrutinized for issues that may impact cost and construction. Working Drawings are prepared with clarity and precision to insure the desired results and cost controls. All this is done in an atmosphere of collaboration amongst the team: Client, Architect, Designers, Contractors and associated Vendors.

SPACE PLANNING transforms a blank canvas into an organized, balanced and attractive portrait of a Client’s requirements. Space Planning can help determine additional square footage needed for expansion as well as study the arrangement of departments to assist in a contraction.

Through our comprehensive Space Planning service we help ascertain the suitability of a space in satisfying functional needs, the arrangement of departments and amenities in satisfying the flow of its occupants, as well as the feel of the space necessary to create the right environment for our Clients to flourish.

Our approach balances quantitative and qualitative analyses exploring the sizes of spaces and the number of people to be accommodated, as well as functional relationships within a company, team-based or individual seating needs, and company personalities. As a result, we generate and present to our Clients a diagram that clearly represents our recommendations and sets a project on its proper course.
