Jeffrey Simon’s approach to Architecture integrates Architectural and Interior Design. It’s an inside out approach – first understand the needs of the inside so the outside design can be in harmony of the interior spaces.

JSA&D’s role is to fulfill the Client’s goals and priorities, enhancing the use of the space. When crafting a building we take into consideration usability and applicability to make spaces most efficient and comfortable. This level of attention and sensitivity comes from our years of experience focusing on form, flow, composition, infrastructure and coordination of projects. Jeffrey Simon provides personal attention to every Client thru a hands-on approach in all aspects of the project to improve the user experience and enhance the overall quality of the workplace or home.

Architectural services include gathering requirements, preparing conceptual designs, reviewing concepts and budget with the Client, developing the design, preparing Construction Documents for competitive bidding, selecting the Construction Team and handling Construction Administration.

ADAPTIVE REUSE is a viable alternative to new construction. Everyone is interested in recycling today…..what about re-cycling buildings. Adaptive Reuse breathes new life into and transforms old buildings.
